What’s Happening This Summer at hOMeyoga
This summer, we are recommitting to our mantra, Sadhana, by focusing on learning the invocation.
Women’s Practices:
Learn Asana Sequences for Menstruation and Post-Menstruation
Why do we treat our bodies the same, even when they are undergoing changes that affect their state? Personally, I do not follow the same practice during my menstrual cycle, and I find it beneficial. I honor my body’s needs by adopting a different type of asana and pranayama practice to support these changes. Don’t hesitate to join, even if you don’t have a menstrual cycle. You will learn a lot and feel deeply nourished.
This will be our focus during the last week of the month, both online and in person.

Building Your Home Practice:

Cultivating Your Home Practice
Life is often busy, and finding time to attend daily classes can be challenging. Perhaps you’re eager to learn how to weave your own unique sequences or simply prefer the solace of practicing quietly by yourself. And if you find yourself traveling, maintaining your practice is absolutely within reach.
Together, we can turn these aspirations into reality. I’m excited to guide you in forming new habits that beautifully align with your lifestyle. We will explore sequences together, and you’ll handpick a selection of poses to practice independently. From there, we’ll delicately construct your personalized home practice.
In our online Tejas class, we will delve into the art of building a nourishing home practice, discovering delightful ways to utilize household items and travel essentials as props. I’ll weave these creative techniques into our Wednesday and Saturday classes, making your journey engaging and enjoyable.
