Dear Students,

Happy New Year. I look forward to being with you and growing with you in 2026.

As I grow into a more mature teacher, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the power of a disciplined practice. For me, this means nurturing a daily yoga routine tailored to my physical and emotional needs. It’s about connecting with whatever I’m experiencing internally and allowing that connection to guide my journey.

Let’s embrace a consistent practice together! It’s more beneficial to work harmoniously with your body, mind, and spirit than to chase after an unrealistic ideal of a perfect daily routine. Join my classes, and let me show you how to seamlessly incorporate yoga into your life. Discover the magic of transformation that yoga can bring—remember, what you put in is what you get out!

Monthly New Moon Sound Bath

I’m thrilled to announce that in 2026, hoMe Yoga is partnering with Abby from Sounds of Abundance for a monthly New Moon Sound Baths.

These classes will begin with asanas designed to open your body, helping you fully absorb the soothing sounds to come.

Upcoming New Moon Sound Bath Sessions:

January 1810:00 AM – 11:30 AM

February 175:30 PM – 7:00 PM

March 186:00 PM – 7:30 PM

These are the first three sessions scheduled for the year, with more dates to follow.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is a profound therapeutic practice that encourages deep relaxation in the body. By employing various instruments to create specific frequencies, it guides your mind through different brain wave stages, allowing you to transition from simple rest to profound meditative relaxation.

Workshop on Standing Poses with Michelle

Dive deeper into your practice with our standing poses workshop!
