What’s New This Summer at Home Yoga

This season, we’re reconnecting with our mantra, Sadhana, and returning to the roots of our practice by focusing on the Invocation to Patanjali. We’re offering dedicated time to explore asana sequences that support the unique phases of the menstrual cycle practices that honor the body’s natural rhythms and needs. We’re also diving into how to build a consistent and nourishing home practice, whether you’re traveling, short on time, or simply seeking more independence in your yoga journey.
