Michelle Grady- Bressler
Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher 

Michelle loves combining her knowledge of bodywork and meditation and bringing it to the mat. She is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator with over 25 years of experience helping clients on their healing journeys.

She was first introduced to yoga in 2001 and has had a daily practice since 2015. She has completed Downtown Yoga’s 500-hour Advanced Studies Program and Adelines Sadhana’s 3-year apprenticeship program. She is now a level-one certified Iyengar yoga teacher, continues working with her mentors, and takes monthly ongoing continuing education courses.

Michelle is a body-positive facilitator. As a body-positive facilitator, Michelle is passionate about teaching people to overcome conflicts with their bodies resulting in a happier, more productive lifestyle.

Michelle is light-hearted, nurturing, and welcomes all. What she loves about Iyengar yoga is that it is accessible to everyone. Michelle has experienced that practicing yoga has benefited her body, mind, and spirit. She aims to bring yoga into as many people’s lives as possible.

Abby ​Chavez
Certified Sound Healer Practitioner

Abby of Sounds of Abundance is a Mother, Healer, Warrior, Advocate, Visionary and more. She has been practicing sound healing on herself since 2017 and became a certified Sound Healer Practitioner in 2022.

Abby is an advocate for mental health and wellness and is at a point in her own healing journey where she can share some of her story and the special medicine of sound with others.

She is a local to San Leandro and excited to serve others in her own community.

Laura Volsansky

Laura Volsansky (she/her) has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. Early on in her yoga journey, she was introduced to an Iyengar teacher based in India and she studied with him in the US and India. When she attended a Yoga Festival in Bangalore, she was inspired by Mr. BKS Iyengar (then 93), and ever since, has aspired to become a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.

When a friend invited her to a class at Adeline Yoga, she knew she had found her path. Laura studies Iyengar yoga and is currently working towards her CIYT. She brings her business discipline to the yoga mat, guiding beginning students through foundational practices designed to build strength and stability.

Natalie Palms
Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher 

Natalie Palms (she/her) has been practicing since 2015. She is a graduate of Sadhana Studies.

Natalie was instantly drawn to the creativity behind asana sequencing and its effects on the mind, body and spirit. Through playful and thoughtful teaching, she wants to bring healing and empowerment to our youth and adults of diverse backgrounds.

Natalie is also a multidisciplinary artist and has a small business, Natalie Rose Textiles. She teaches art to youth and adults throughout the Bay Area.
